Mrs. Shannel York is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nation To Nation Outreach Worldwide, Inc. (NTONOW). Born in Grenada and raised between St. Croix and the United States, she brings a culturally grounded, global perspective to community development and humanitarian service.

Her lived experience across Caribbean and U.S. communities shaped a deep commitment to equity, dignity, and opportunity for underserved populations. Mrs. York founded NTONOW to address critical gaps in education, job readiness, food security, humanitarian aid, and economic empowerment—particularly for children, youth, and vulnerable families.

As CEO, she provides strategic leadership, partnership development, and program oversight, ensuring NTONOW delivers both immediate relief and sustainable, community-led solutions. Her work emphasizes environmental stewardship, inclusion, and long-term impact.
